Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Transformer Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling transformer products, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships. Duties
Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their transformer needs and recommend suitable products.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate product information and support complex customer inquiries.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions .
Stay informed about industry trends, new product offerings, and competitor activities to effectively position our transformers in the market.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical or industrial equipment sector.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of transformer products or electrical systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education related to electrical engineering is advantageous.
